Bucks point ground

Bucks point ground is the ground most commonly used in Bucks Point lace.  It is worked with two pairs at a time.  You start by working a half stitch.  Then, twist the left-hand pair twice, and twist the right-hand pair twice.   Put up a pin between the two pairs.

Put differently:  cross, twist, twist, twist and then put up a pin between the two pairs.

Note that the pin is not enclosed.

This video demonstrates how to work Bucks point ground.
